Entity
Overview
Entities or businesses form the backbone of the sendme ecosystem, driving commerce and fueling economic activity. The system allows Entities to make B2B and B2C transactions in a compliant way without any intermediaries or global borders.
Some Entities may apply for the role of Merchant in the system. When granted such roles, Entities become eligible to provide services or sell goods in a retail or wholesale model utilizing network capabilities.

Functions
Transaction Initiation:
Make P2P transactions to Individuals or Entities in the system using DC.
Digital Invoicing:
Entities may associate Checks and Invoices with transactions. Access to the documents may be shared with the relevant parties or kept publicly available.
Policy Management:
Entities can implement custom policies such as transaction limits management, blacklist or whitelist management, etc. which may be associated with any (CB)DC.
Relationship with Compliance Processor
Each transaction that involves (CB)DC, which an Entity makes, is enforced by the CP to ensure adherence to system rules and attached policies.
